In my 80 sqm apartment I rent two rooms with private balcony and full bathroom.
An approx. 16 sqm room with king-size double bed (180x200) and an approx. 13 sqm room with single bed (80x200). A small fridge with drinks, breakfast snack, a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle are at guests' disposal. Please note that not often but sometimes a dog stays with me. But only in my room.
Public transport is about 180 m away.
Reeperbahn and fish market are in walking distance.
