On the ground floor there is: A veranda/living room opening onto a terrace, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, a shower room, separate toilets and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor there is: a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190, and a bedroom with two double beds 140 x 200 and a convertible sofa 140 x 200, as well as various baby equipment (1 travel cot, 1 high chair, etc.), a shower room and separate toilets.
Riad Bourguignon has a 2000 m² enclosed plot of land, an outdoor Provencal fountain, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Located near Auxerre, Saint Fargeau and its castle, Vézelay and its basilica, Saint-Sauveur the land of Colette, and the medieval construction site of Guédelon.
All-inclusive rate (sheets, towels and kitchen linen, heating, electricity, cleaning).
It is forbidden to park in the courtyard of the cottage. Parking spaces are available outside, in front of the gate (possibility to park 3 cars along the wall).
Non-smoking cottage. Pets are accepted (10 kg maximum) with a supplement of € 10 per night and per animal.
Children can stay for free if they are under 2 years old.

Go through La ferté Loupiére then when you arrive in Toucy, take the direction Auxerre and immediately at the exit of Toucy, leave the direction Auxerre and take the direction Avallon, go straight on to Ouanne and when you arrive in the village, turn left towards Auxerre and then go about 1 km on your right at the place called Oiselet.
