One has billiards, table tennis, and darts, and from here you can look through the glass wall to the other activity room. Here you will find a fitness/exercise room. The house is equipped with fiber internet. There are also plenty of opportunities to pamper yourself with a trip to the house's hot tub or sauna. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room and dining area are open plan with the kitchen. The living room is a great place for games and socializing. You can also choose to enjoy a good book in front of the wood-burning stove. There are four bedrooms with three double beds, two single beds, and two sleeping places on mattresses in the loft. The house has a 140 m² open terrace area. There is also a 12 m² covered terrace. Here you can find sun, shade, and shelter, as well as cozy gatherings around the barbecue. The summer house is located on a more than 3000-meter-large dune plot with ample opportunity for play and recreation.
