Summary: The best thing about the hotel for me was the location. I had business at Tsinghua University, so it was very convenient to walk just a few hundred meters from the hotel to the campus. The service has improved in many ways compared to previous reviews. Many of the front desk staff were able to communicate in English, and those who could not speak English well tried to communicate using a translation app on their smartphones. The room was spacious enough to work in, but the facilities left some room for improvement: the electrical outlets were hard to use, and the shower water tended to spill outside the shower room.
