Welcome to our holiday home in the country. Landhaus Amelia is located in the beautiful village of Schönborn in the Donnersberg district, just a few minutes' drive from Rockenhausen, and promises a relaxing, peaceful and varied stay. Forget the stressful everyday life and enjoy the perfect peace without traffic and let the birdsong awaken you. Or use them for fantastic hikes or exciting bike rides around the Donnersberg.
In the immediate vicinity (about 17km away) you can reach the beautiful wine region with the picturesque town of Meisenheim am Glan.

The entire country house including the fitness and spa area was converted from a barn in early 2017 into a dream holiday home, using only organic building materials. Especially through the clay plaster used a comfortable and constant room climate was created.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. A cozy bedroom with a French bed. In addition, the room is equipped with a baby cot. On the 1st floor the whole area is kept open. A country kitchen with a kitchen island. An oven that radiates heat into the kitchen and dining area. From the kitchen you enter the dining and living room. Take advantage of the small terrace from the dining area with stunning views over the rooftops and distant view to enjoy your farm breakfast or a cup of coffee. A billiard table invites you to play for a few laps. Another sleeping possibility offers a box spring bed and a cot. There are also 2 wooden beds for a total of 2 persons.
If you spend your holidays with us, our private fitness and wellness facilities are also available from 11 am to 18 pm in the price. Useful life and times can be registered on site.
This extends over 3 levels. On the ground floor, you can relax in the jacuzzi and infrared sauna. On the mezzanine level of the promised fitness area and in the gallery with a view into the distance and on the jacuzzi, you can complete your treadmill tours. The terrace in front offers you enjoyable evenings and a barbecue is also available.
Families with children are always welcome. For the little ones there is nothing better than spending a holiday in the countryside with animals. Our Heidschnucken, long eared hare and chickens want to be fed and caressed. On our 6000 sqm plot the hide-and-seek game is a lot of fun.
Our horse lovers are welcome to bring their four-legged friend. For this we provide our directly adjacent to the house pasture area for a fee.
On request, you can book a farmer's breakfast and / or dinner for a surcharge and on time registration.
The winter months are among the most popular months. Therefore the bookings are possible on request, which we answer within 4 hours. The accommodation prices are for an occupancy of 2 adults persons. With several travelers you will be charged a new travel price.
