The house is clean and well outfitted with 3 ensuite bedrooms plus an office and a bonus room with another fulll bathroom. Very beachy (think Serena and Lilly vibe) with outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, fire-pit and large fenced yard. Total privacy. Within 5 minutes walk- quiet beach, Gossmans (now Bagatelle- a chic new French restaurant club), pizza, liquor store, bike rental, market, and multiple other restaurants. We are right at Montauk Harbor and if you wish to go to town it's a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride. This is our home when we are not renting it out and so it's very well cared for and stocked with everything you might need from beach and bath towels to cleaning, cooking and entertaining supplies.
