Mother In-Inlaw studio apartment above our garage. Great weekend get away, small but functional. Great fishing on lake just 40 ft away. Includes use of dock or hoist on all sports lake Ponemah near the Shiawassee river inlet. Rental includes the use of 2 stand up paddle boards and 1 kayak and a few water floats and life vests. The suite has a small balcony over looking the lake and has king size bed and a trundle bed and a full size couch. Kitchen area has full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster/oven and electric frying pan and a fold out kitchen table and chairs. The lakeside deck has a table and chairs. Perfect spot to watch the sun set.. outdoor small table top grill is available by request and pontoon to rent for an extra fee.
