Summary: Brian and Diego were helpful. Brian even greeted my daughter at the gate to guide her in since she was arriving in the dark. I don't know if we just had bad luck, but our power went out and we were without electricity or water for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. The drive to the house was explained well that you need a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to get in and out. It does add time to a trip to get in and out. It has incredible views and sounds. We didn't see any animals, just birds, a Cane Toad, and some insects. There were some minor issues with the house that we alerted the manager to.
