The ground floor consists of a large and bright day area with two living rooms and a large dining room and the open kitchen area, fully equipped and integrated into the space. The whole living area also enjoys the fantastic sea view with direct access to the outdoor terrace area and pool. In addition, on this same level we find a courtesy bathroom. The ground floor offers a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, directly linked to a large outdoor terrace area, ideal for al fresco dining, with a beautiful oak wood dining table and barbecue area.
