Summary: Pros: The room and bathroom were clean and we appreciated that water and snacks were included. Beds and pillows were comfortable, furniture was newer/in good shape, and the towels and toiletries were high quality. An in room AC unit was provided and wifi was good. The bus stop is only a 4 minute walk away so easy to access from the main train station. Breakfast is served at the beautiful sister hotel (Hotel Beau Sejour) only a 5 minute walk away - highly recommend including this in your stay as the food was good and you get a lake view from the patio. Cons: Read the fine print before your reserve - there are lots of steps and no elevator. No front desk and no onsite staff person so it's a self-check in situation and there's no one to help with luggage. Lastly, the artwork on the walls in the rooms is downright disturbing - faces of ghost-like figures and weird sculpted pieces.
