Summary: This was our first time staying at a non-hotel. I really liked the size and feel of the space. The pictures were exact and not misleading. The rules were clear, consistent, short, and straight to the point. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at a property owned by Ryan and his dad again. It felt like all the items were selected with luxury and relaxation in mind. A few things that weren't great (but not a fault of the owners) was there was no one actively on hand to assist if anything were to go wrong - there was a property manager and his attitude and communication were less than desirable. We needed to chat with the owner once and he was excellent and assisted us right away. There happened to be really loud construction and jack hammering happening next door. There is no elevator for this unit so we couldn't bring the stroller right to the door- we figured it out but would have been nice. Lastly, we were unable to use the pool as a family because one of the rules is "no diapers in the pool". I wish this would have been posted in the unit description because one of the reasons we chose this was to go swimming with our little one. Overall, relaxing stay with plenty of space .
