Positive: The room was spacious and clean. There was a deep soaking tub with jacuzzi jets, which was a real treat. The owner agreed to pick us up at Restaurant Mestecăniş, and return us the next day, which was most appreciated. It’s important to say that Peter, the young driver who picked us up and took us back the next day, was punctual and very friendly.

Negative: We were never made aware of the common kitchen on the main floor. We only stumbled across it in the morning when we were waiting for our ride. Wifi was non-existent. Worst of all, though, was the non-functioning AC unit. The room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. The only way to get the room to cool down - even moderately - was to leave the window open. This allowed the constant sound of traffic - including from many transport trucks - to pour into the room. As a result we both had a terrible sleep.

Summary: A property with potential that fell short for our stay.
