Just 20 metres from the soft sand of Torre Rinalda, one of Lecce's marinas, is this beautiful detached house just recently renovated, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, and a pretty wooden outdoor shower cabin. The living room offers two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, as well as air conditioning, a table, chairs and various pieces of furniture. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, among which a refrigerator with a large freezer section, a dishwasher (still so rare in the region), a 4-burner stove with electric oven, a microwave oven. The large outdoor courtyard will allow you to park up to 3 cars. The covered terrace has a table with chairs and 2 beach chairs. Excellent location and many amenities for a wonderful beach holiday, for 4 to 6 people, 5 minutes by car from Lecce.

Lecce is a 5-minute drive away.
