Summary: A nice hotel. Unfortunately there was no information about the fact that the access wasn’t possible due to road closures. We tried to reach the hotel by phone several times with no response. We finally found a parking and had to walk to the hotel with our luggage. A lifted eyebrow is not the kind of response we I expect from the receptionist when mentioning this inconvenience.
