Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The flat is beautiful and spotless, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to other attractions, with excellent coffee shops nearby.

Negative: The key collection point was quite far from the flat, which was already inconvenient. To make matters worse, when we collected the key, it turned out to be the wrong one due to a mistake by the person who handed it to us. When we arrived at the flat and realized the error, the lady we spoke to was not very helpful, and resolving the issue took far too much time and effort. The refrigerator was not working, and although we reported this immediately upon arrival, it was never fixed during our stay. Additionally, there was no cutting board in the kitchen, so we had to improvise when preparing meals. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
