Summary: The property is in a perfect location to explore Poole and sail over to Brown Sea Island. The owner was such a lovely gentleman who made you feel very welcome and provided an exceptional breakfast. The room however was really only fit for a single person as the small double was against the window wall so when you needed to get out of bed you had to wake up your partner in order to get out of the bed which obviously disturbs sleep and the bed was quite soft also. The room itself was tiny too but clean with a nice little bathroom and tea coffee making facilities, even disposable eye masks and ear plugs. For one night I would recommend as lovely little place as you can put up with the tiny room and disturbed sleep but wouldn’t want more than that, which is unfortunate as host just lovely, location perfect and breakfast amazing.
