The Boat House is situated in the tourist hot spot, Ōakura, directly across the road from beach access to the stunning Ōakura beach. Spend your days swimming, surfing or exploring the beautiful coastline. A five minute stroll away from the restaurants, cafes, grocery store, bars and village shops.
The owners of this newly renovated bach at the rear of their own property, wanted to create something truly special for guests to relax, unwind and have fun at their beachy slice of paradise. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a natural wood interior complimented with white lourve shutters giving this gorgeous bach a very natural, earthy beachy vibe.
The surprisingly spacious living area has been cleverly setup with two stylish couches which covert to two comfortable queen sofa beds to easily accommodate two additional guests in the living area. The master bedroom allows parents to retreat in total comfort and leave the children to their holiday chitter chatter. Enjoy the open plan fully equipped new kitchen complete with butlers sink. Relax outdoors in the evening with fish n chips and a glass of merlot and watch the sunset over the ocean.
Every now and then you will get a visit from the owners gorgeous little dog giving the children a chance to have a little cuddle. A fantastic place to base yourself while you experience everything the wonderful Ōakura Village has to offer. Added features are air conditioning/heat pump, washing machine, parking pad and unlimited wifi.
Please note the cleaning fee: Includes all hotel quality linen and towels,a part cleaning service ( we ask guests to strip sheets/pillowcases off beds and leave with towels etc in bathroom or laundry, clear away dishes/turn dishwasher on and leave property tidy. We will do the rest of the cleaning)and basic supplies.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
