Summary: The entire staff were all very pleasant, especially the young men at valet and the receptionist. The grounds and room were very clean. However, the room was extremely noisy and almost impossible to sleep in. I didn’t think to mention it to staff, assuming the noise would lessen as the night went on. But, it continued and only got worse throughout the night and morning. At check out, I was informed the 4th floor was directly under the kitchen which was upsetting- especially since I paid for a room upgrade. Overall, wonderful staff. But the price does not justify the lack of comfort.
