You have the comforts of a home away from home except with an ocean and exciting activities all around. The owner Scott lives in the upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. An Entire Ocean Is Just Down The Street! The property is close soon to be newly rebuilt Surfside Pier. In The Area There is Plenty of Golf Courses, Mini Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining.
