The exclusive Lobster and Stormy flats from "54 Grad Nord" are located in the Nauticum, in the old part of the fishing village of Lubmin, just a few steps away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Once built by fishermen, the old villa no longer offered sufficient security and comfort and so the foundation stone for the Nauticum was laid in 2020.
54GradNord interprets maritime elements in a new and contemporary way. A new yacht has docked in the venerable old harbour, so to speak.
