Reopening in March 2016 Dear guests, friends and business partners of the house, At the end of 2013 we decided for familial reasons, the two 4-star houses Goldner Stern and the conference hotel Sternla, which we with a lot of effort to the leading houses in the Franconian Switzerland had to lease. Unfortunately, the farmers were not sustainable in the location, quality and claim and therefore playful much confidence. Now we are back! A completely new kitchen staff and our head chef Michael Teichmann will spoil you with fresh produce from the region our guests. It is cooked again Fränkisch! As the owner family are the success of both companies more than just business requirement, namely a heartfelt concern, which we are committed! Since the acquisition on 01. February, we had a lot to do: renovation of the kitchen, the spa, the restaurants, the hotel rooms and and and ... Other innovations in hotel and restaurant area are planned. You will be surprised to later in the year and inform on our website. We will be back close to our guests, you are personally friendly and competently.
