Open-plan living space on the first floor with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area. Central heating powered by oil. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. For entertainment, there is a TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking for two cars is available on a private basis. There is a patio with furniture. We welcome two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. A shop is 0.5 mile away, a pub is 0.8 mile away, and the beach is 1 mile away.
