Located near the banks of the Roaring Fork River, only 20 minutes form Aspen/Snowmass and immediately adjoining a 100 acre Forest Service park - this home offers more than just a nice place to stay. Whole Foods market and Willits Town Center are an easy stroll (less than a mile). You can ice skate in winter or swim in summer on the neighborhood pond located 100 yards away from the home. Rainbow trout sip at flies surfacing on the spring creek pond in the back yard while adventurous minded participants use the Zipline from the tree fort to enjoy the back yard experience year round. Many excellent restaurants including Oceans (seafood), El Korita (Mexican), Sure Thing Burgers, Mezzaluna (Italian) Zane’s Tavern (sports bar), Bella Mia Italian, Weinerstube and a Starbucks are all within walking distance. The Movieland Cinema with seven screens and ElJebowl bowling alley are also within walking distance or a short two mile car ride away. Bicycles are available to use to ride to and from the near by restaurants and shops.
