Circular floor plan and French doors off the dining room opening to a sunny back deck with newly planted bamboo for extra privacy. Nice master bedroom with dual overhead ceiling fans and a newly remodeled bathroom featuring heated concrete floors, large shower, and double sink. Remodeled main bath with new subway tile and fixtures. Step down into the giant living room with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, fresh paint and new windows throughout the home plus queen size sofa sleeper pullout. Dedicated laundry room with stacking LG front loaders and ample storage. Situated at the end of a desirable cul-de-sac with quick and easy access to I-5 at 145th. It's a great, peaceful spot close to Seattle city limits with the advantage of Shoreline parks and shopping nearby. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We have an 8 person maximum occupancy and there is an extra guest fee after 6 guests, no pets and no smokers.
