The neighbourhood is so quiet. Party, loud sound, loud music, loud TV are not allowed.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is not permitted. You will incur a fee of $50 per hour starting at 11:15 am and every hour thereafter.
- Place all used towels in washroom hanger
- Put all garbage in garbage bag and put them in garage.
- Throw out all unwanted food from the fridge, cabinets and containers.
- Make sure all garbage is in the trash can provided. Please do not leave trash on the floors, beds, counters or living room space.
- Turn off all lights and close all windows if you open any
- Please Inform host of departure.
- If any appliances, Furniture, Electronics or home decor is damaged or stolen, a minimum fee of up to $750 will be charged depending on the assessment of the violation and cost of replacement.
