Summary: Doesn’t meet expectations with the “sonesta” brand. Kitchen only had one glass nothing else. First room I checked into reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room and was told the first room wasn’t smokey but rather someone had just cooked a meal in there (but without pots or dishes??). Clearly wasn’t the case, and was finally given a different room. Hotel felt nasty, wore my shoes between bed and bathroom bc carpet felt grimy. Never again.
