The triplex is old, but has been well maintained. If you're willing to overlook some wear and tear while staying in a well-stocked upstairs unit, this might very well be the place for you!

We have security cameras outside of the triplex as well as a camera just inside the main triplex door. There are no cameras inside the apartment itself.

P.S. - Our cleaner charges us $85 every time they clean the unit. We tack on an additional $5 to that cleaning fee to cover our costs of replacing shampoos, body washes, lotions, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Therefore, it's far cheaper to rent for two or three+ nights than it is to only rent for one night (if you only rent one night, it's a cleaning fee of $90 per night... if you rent for two nights, that cleaning fee drops to $45 per night... if you rent for three nights, that cleaning fee drops to $30 per night, etc. As a matter of fact, if you'd rent the unit for a week, the cleaning fee would drop all the way down to $13 per night)
