Summary: The pool area really needs a makeover because the cushions are frankly pretty gross. Also, they clearly do not have anyone tasked with cleaning up the litter, meaning empty plates and cups, on a frequent enough basis. Avoid the breakfast - it's a $60 per person mistake. Go instead to the cafe Eno, but be prepared to wait in line 20 minutes. Other than that, I must say the hotel is perfectly located and generally stylish and historically important to the area. They just need to try a little harder.
