"Get away from it all" at this very special property that features huge private heated pool, spa and gardens. This home is a two story, spacious and newly renovated with all new furnishings. All bedrooms have high quality new mattresses. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi, board games, toys, playpen, highchair, baby stair gate, stroller, beach towels and chairs. This property will give you the privacy, but still keep you in close proximity of the beach, shopping, restaurants and movies.

✔️POOL
Pool Settings are all scheduled. Pool Heat is set to 83 degrees, all year round and keep the thermostat locked, as moving it above or below can damage the expensive system. However if air temps drop below 65 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Homeowner are not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool.
Do not leave children unattended in any area of the property under any circumstances!
We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your understanding.
✔️Jacuzzi
We wanted to remind you that if you wish to use the jacuzzi during your visit, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance.
To prevent any issues or malfunctions, we kindly request that guests refrain from attempting to operate the jacuzzi themselves. We will guide you on how to use it, for it to work properly and we ask that you keep the lid closed while it’s not being used.
✔️PET Policy
We allow 2 pets at our place no bigger than 20lb. Also we don’t allow pets in the pool or on the furniture, also no pets in beds and please pick up after your pets. Do not leave your pet unattended or locked in a home with out a pet cage.
Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
✔️SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day for each day of their stay.
✔️This is Florida, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. To help prevent that please keep all doors closed at all times.
✔️Property Maintenance
This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes. Also our garbage bins get put out for Monday mornings and Thursday mornings by our staff.
✔️Grill*
We do provide propane for grilling.
Please clean grill after each use, it would be $35 extra charge if grill left dirty.
✔️Stays
We don’t allow any sorts of gatherings or parties the only people that are allowed at the house are the ones that are shown in the booking. Unless agreed with the host if not this also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
