Following your departure, any unused authorization funds will be released to you according to your credit card company’s policy and your bank's standard processing timelines.
• Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made past this 72-hour window, or failure to show, will result in a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay plus tax.
• Hilton Vacation Club Owner Bookings: Standard point or exchange booking guidelines apply. Cancellations must be completed within the approved window relative to your specific club tier to prevent credit forfeiture.
• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free property within all guestrooms and interior public spaces. This includes vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required.
