Surrounded by beautiful bush walks, farm animals (including sheep, peacocks, chickens, ducks and other exotic birds) this property is the epitome of privacy and seclusion.
Perfect for a romantic weekend away, or 2 families wanting to have a holiday together, a fishing weekend, or as an artists' retreat.
There is a wharf out from the cottage and pontoon in the bay. Jetty water depth is 2.7m at high tide and dry at low tide.
Great fishing spot for those who love fishing the bottom end of the island, dinghy available for your use.
This is a basic bach - 2 bedrooms upstairs - open plan with a small area downstairs that houses the kitchen / dining and lounge.. 25 mins drive time to Onetangi and approx 30-40mins to Oneroa.
