Perched high on a hill, this delightful two storey property is 300m, 1 minute drive or a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Relax on the front balcony and enjoy the everchanging water views and watch the boats sail by and the winter storms roll in. There is also a Sky Watcher telescope to get an even closer look from the balcony !

Close to the General Store & bottle shop for your basic provisions, take-away food, fuel, bait, fishing tackle, newspaper, ice and postal agency. Licensed cafe dining nearby. Preston is renowned for fishing, beach access for 4WD, swimming beach, 9-hole golf course which runs through the town and lots of nature & wild life abound. Our beach is dog friendly.
Stunning sea views and colourful sunsets from the balcony/decking area where you can sit back, put your feet up and watch the occasional passing ships and yachts sail by.
Offering 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Keep warm in Winter and cooled in Summer with reverse cycle airconditioning to all of the downstairs 4 bedrooms and upstairs kitchen/dining/living area.
Upstairs: Internal stairs leading up to the open plan kitchen with built in pantry and huge TV/living area leading onto the front balcony with ocean views. The large dining table seats 12 people. Another smaller balcony off the kitchen/dining area overlooking the rear courtyard with a bush outlook. 3rd toilet and powder room also on this level.
Downstairs: Laundry, shower, toilet, 2nd living area (DVD player only) and 4 good size bedrooms all with airconditioning. The two front bedrooms have sea glimpses. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, shower, vanity and toilet. The large walk in robe in the Master bedroom has room to fit a BYO porta cot too. The Bunk Bedroom can sleep 6 people in 2 double beds underneath and 2 single beds on top.
Enjoy our quality and professionally laundered bed and bath linen per stay. Doonas, pillows and extra blankets are also provided.
Golf Clubs are available for guest use at no charge. The Preston Beach Golf Club is a short drive from the property.
Deja View welcomes your furry friends and allows them to sleep inside the house, however you must bring their doggie bedding. There is also a secure fenced courtyard area.

*** It is to be noted that the stone driveway is quite steep and some parts are uneven for vehicles that are low to the ground. Parking is also available at the base of the driveway with stone steps leading to the front door.
The front and rear of the property have 1.5m high (approx) retaining walls without railing.

If you have read all our checklists you will note that there is no Wifi access at the property ~ many of our guests have appreciated the digital detox when holidaying in Preston Beach and being able to get back to basics for a while and reconnect. However, there are HDMI and USB ports on the TVs. Mobile phone coverage is very good in Preston Beach.
No more than 4 vehicles are permitted at the property, strictly no camper trailers, caravans, swags or tents. Boats by approval only.

Deja View at 5 Styles Road is a Shire Council registered holiday home, keeping it local and supporting tourism in Western Australia. Preston Beach is a 90 minute drive south of Perth, halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury.
Whilst Western Australia has recovered from a State of Emergency due to the COVID19 Pandemic, my business at Aldemor Holidays will continue to ensure all our guests can confidently enjoy their stay in a safe and clean environment.
As we will still maintain a 24-48hr gap between each reservation, we are able to offer guests early checkins and late checkouts of 12 noon at no extra charge.
Our housekeeping staff are certified in the COVID19 Hygiene Course & are fully vaccinated.

"This home has a fantastic welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in the door. The beds were really comfortable and the views are to die for, from the top floor it's 180 degrees of ocean views. The lounge is big enough for everyone and is super comfortable. There's a large TV with a large bookcase full of books, DVD's and games to choose from with something for everyone. We had the best time playing the games and relaxing on the lounge looking at the ocean. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and even a coffee machine! There are 2 fridges and 3 toilets which is great for large groups. I can't wait to get back there and would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing get away"
