Welcome to this recently renovated mid-century modern house in Sarasota which is in very close proximity to all the best that Sarasota has to offer! This is a sought-after location in South Gate, Sarasota which is very well-located to all of Sarasota's best local destinations!! Beaches, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Sarasota are very close by! You will love the spacious gathering space of the floor plan, as well as all of the modern and upgraded features. As you drive up to the property, you will notice the lush, tropical landscaping. There is a Tesla charger in the garage and use of the garage and EV charger is permitted with no additional cost. If you don't have a Tesla, you can bring an adapter to use on your other EV car (Tesla plug - to - your plug type). High Speed wireless 1000 Mbps (up/download) fiber optic internet. Grounds are maintained regularly.
Once you open the front door, you will notice that the house has all LVP flooring. The kitchen is fully appointed with all stainless steel appliances. Toaster, blender, microwave, and waffle maker are all provided. We include plates, dishes, glasses, and all pots and pans. The kitchen includes a K-Cup and Nespresso (original) espresso pod coffee makers. There is a whole-house water filtration system, as well as hard water filtration shower filter in the master bedroom. There is a new LG stackable washer/dryer in a separate laundry room.
This three bedroom property sleeps up to six people comfortably. There is a King bed in the Primary suite, Queen bed in a second bedroom, and a third bedroom includes a double bed with a pull-out optional twin-sized trundle bed. The king bedroom and kids room include TV's. In addition to all bedroom linens, the top comforters are laundered prior to your arrival without the use of fragrances. The bathrooms are updated and modern. The master bathroom has dual vanity and shower, and the second bathroom has single vanity and a shower / bathtub combo.
To the left of the house, there is a lanai and heated pool, all within a pool cage, which keeps the area clean and bug-free. The pool area and back of the house are completely surrounded by privacy fence. The pool is heated to 88 degrees, but will change temperature upon request. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly.
The location of the property is excellent. It is very close to the Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Key, and the Legacy Trail. The large shopping area at University Town Center is approximately 15 minutes north. It is also close to the major interstate exits. Nearby we have Starbucks, Publix, and Trader Joe's! Pet policy: We are dog people and love smaller dogs. Up to two small-medium dogs are allowed with prior permission (please inquire first with breed type and size). Feel free to message us for a quick response regarding pets. No aggressive breeds allowed. House has a fully fenced in backyard that is quiet and perfect for dogs. Renter is required to cleanup all pet waste, dander, food, and cost of any pet damage inside and out. One time pet fee is required for all dogs.
