We must know the exact number of people and pets that will be occupying the home during your stay, and it must be stated in your reservation/on the platform, otherwise you will be evicted. There is No Exception to breaching the contract.

WHEN IN COMMUICATION THROUGH THE VRBO PLATFORM:
The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments.
Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the VRBO Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.

TO CONFIRM RESERVATION:
When Booking the Home: You Must Provide a Copy of Your Driver's License along with the Rental Agreement Signed and Acknowledged by yourself and all guests staying at the home, this includes adults and children.

Every guest over the age of 18 staying at the house must acknowledge and sign that they have received and abide by the House Rules/Rental Agreement with full legal name, signature, age and date are required.

EARLY CHECK IN: Permitted Upon Request well in advance through the VRBO Platform. Early Check-in by 1pm, for an additional cost of $100.

PARKING:
Please Notify Through the VRBO Platform if you will be driving an electric vehicle/golf cart during your stay. We must permit where the Electric Vehicle/Golf Cart will be accessed.

You Will Need Pre-Approval Prior to Booking Property from the Property Owner if you are planning on Hosting Any Type of Party (Small or Large) or Family Get-Together.

Central Air Conditioning. Wireless Internet, Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans in living area and bedroom, TV in living room. Full size bathroom with tub/shower down hallway.

KITCHEN INCLUDES:
Full size refrigerator, microwave and a wet bar equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven and blender.

The homeowners can offer a complimentary $50 Gift Certificate to Duck Village Outfitters, for any rental equipment from beach cruisers to paddleboards, surfboards and other beach necessities for guests staying a minimum of 3 nights.

The apartment is right above Duck Village Outfitters, which has all you need for beach rental equipment from surfboards to paddleboards, beach carts, chairs and other beach necessities. Within steps from the property you can see the sun rise from the beach side and the sun set from the sound side. Location is situated in Salvo, part of the Tri-Village Area.

Linens are ordered and delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival and will be placed near the front stairs on the ground (shrink wrapped) in a black box. The company will not place linens inside the apartment , nor take the linens off of the bed, or out of the bathroom. Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, mattress pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered.

RETURN ANY MOVED FURNITURE BACK TO ORIGINAL PLACE

REMOVAL OF ANY SAND, PET HAIR & SUNSCREEN FURNITURE ( OUTDOOR WATERHOSE SHOULD BE USED TO REMOVE SAND AFTER BEACH DAY BEFORE ENTERING APARTMENT)
