The home is located just east of central Knoxville and close to I-40. It is convenient to both Downtown Knoxville, Smokey Mountains, and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It is located in a rural area surrounded by 1.7 manicured acres perfect for kids to burn off energy after a long drive. The house has a large open floor plan with many bedrooms to give everyone the privacy that they desire.
The house has a keypad lock that allows increased flexibility with check-in.
Parking: The driveway is large and can fit 7-8 vehicles.
We have set the house up for your ease. We have a keypad entry so you can check in whenever at your convenience. The house manual inside will answer many of the questions you have about house. We are available for any further needs by just messaging through the Airbnb app.
The house is located right off Asheville Hwy. There is a grocery store within 3 minutes and a few fast food restaurants close by. House is conveniently located 15 min to downtown.
Common questions:
--The yard is very large but is not fenced in.
--We ask that you put in the guest count if you are bringing a pet.
--We offer a 5% weekly discount and 10% monthly discount.
--We do not offer a military discount as it is hard for us to verify.
--If you pay $25 for an early check-in or late check-out, you can check in at 2PM and check out at 12PM.
•If bringing animals to property, we ask that they stay off all furniture including but not limited to beds and couches. If we find excessive dog hair on these items, we will charge an additional cleaning fee.
•If check-in/check-out times are violated without communication with host, we will automatically charge the $25 dollar fee.
•If house smells like smoke or marijuana or we find any evidence of smoking (ashes, cigarettes, etc.), we will charge you an automatic $250 dollar fine and leave you a negative review.
•Our cancellation policy is strict. To be clear that means within 14 days of booking, you will only receive 50% of your booking value. Within 7 days, you receive no refund. We hold very tightly to this policy. If there is an emergency, we recommend reaching out to AirBNB for support.
•If important items are left in home that you need, we charge a $30 dollar fee to send item plus shipping cost.
