Positive: The most positive part of the stay was the wellness area, especially the wide selection of teas and the friendly reception. The breakfast offered a fairly good variety, although I would expect a higher level of service from a five‑star hotel. I stayed in a standard room, which was clean and had a nice balcony with a sea view. Overall, the room was average, but not 5 star. The location is excellent, with the city centre just a short distance from the hotel.

Negative: I understand that we are talking about Dubrovnik, which is not the cheapest destination, but the food and beverage prices felt quite high. Additionally, I believe the rooms—especially the standard ones—would benefit from at least a soft renovation.
