A five-minute walk from the wonderful Salina dei Monaci nature reserve is a comfortable abode with star vaults just a few steps from the beach.
The accommodation, built in the 40s as a fishermen's refuge, has a side entrance corridor with access to the small living room with dining table and TV. The sleeping area consists of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom (this last room has a second direct access). There is a kitchenette with sink (without hot water), stove and gas oven and from here you can access the small bathroom without shower and hot water. On the back of the house there is an outdoor shower with hot water thanks to solar panels.
The area is very quiet and with a convenient free parking in front of the house. The outdoor shower, as mentioned, is equipped with hot water through solar panels. Ceiling fans available in the living area and the queen room.
Each compartment has no internal doors. Double bedroom with attic of 2 meters approx.
The beach is 50 meters away and can be easily reached on foot.
The beautiful Salina I Monaci nature reserve is a 5 minute walk away.
