✳️ A refundable $100 security deposit is required at least 72 hours prior to check in. If we have not received your security deposit, you will not receive access codes until it is paid. If it has not been paid within 24 hours of your check-in, your reservation will be canceled. The security deposit request will be sent through the resolution center on Airbnb. The security deposit will be refunded via the resolution center as long as the house rules were followed and there are no damages to the property.
✔️A list of all occupants is required within 24 hours of booking. Each ADULT GUEST must provide a Government ID upon arrival. The booking guest must have a clear Airbnb profile picture, email and address.
✔️NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval.
✔️Guests with no ID or not on the list, cannot check in. We do not allow unregistered or unpaid for guests on the property at any time. If you bring extra people, we reserve the right to have those people leave or terminate the reservation immediately without refund. There will also be a $50 charge per guest/day for unregistered guests.
✔️QUIET hours are from 10PM-8AM. This property is not suitable for any gatherings, events or parties. The reservation will be subject to immediate termination without a refund. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to a $500 security visit fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.
✔️Tampering with the outside CAMERA in *any* way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $250 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
✔️ZERO tolerance policy for smoking/vaping or pets inside of the unit. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $250 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping or a pet is found after checkout, an additional $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged.
✔️LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. There is a $50 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $100 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking.
✔️COMPLAINTS: Any complaints regarding the property must be expressed to the host immediately. Permission will be automatically granted for the host and/or hosting team or any assistants to enter the property to attempt to remedy any complaint. Any denied permission of entry automatically forfeits your request for a refund to the host or Airbnb, and/or the space is determined suitable for the entire stay.
✔️NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, etc..). We are not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay. Guests must have host’s written approval prior to packages being shipped to home.
✔️NO MAIL will ever be accepted at this address, regardless of length of stay.

✔️You will be responsible for any MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). An inventory has been completed of every item in the unit.
