Once you enter the main floor you’ll find the large bathroom to the left and closet, utility and laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
Down the short hall you’ll be warmed by the natural light shining into the open concept space. Turn on the relaxing gas fire pit with a switch on those chilly nights.
For extra guests you can easily rearrange the downstairs couch pieces into a full size bed. The kitchen and wet bar are furnished and decorated with lots of love and care.
On the second floor to the left you will find the cozy loft with Queen size futon and extra seating. A small movable desk is in the closet with a comfortable folding chair. The bedroom to the right is equipped with a smart tv and queen bed. This is the best spot for sunrise viewing.
Step outside from the large sliding glass door to the back patio where you find propane BBQ grill, hot tub and lots of outdoor seating options.
Have a picnic outside on the picnic table or walk down to the waters edge and roast some marshmallows bundled up in an adirondack chair.
The dock is closed until further notice but You will still have waterfront access from the backyard.
