The Historic Dockyard in Chatham is about 30 minute walk. The Medway Queen (the ship that was in the evacuation of Dunkirk during the WWII) is about a 7 minute walk away. Dockside Shopping Outlet is a 30 minute walk where you’ll find discounted products on some of your favorite high street brands.
The closest bus station is Milner Road, just a 2 min walk from the property. London City Airport is a 48 minutes drive away.
To ensure appropriate bed arrangements, I would like to request the number of guests staying at the property as well as their full names for health and safety reasons. I will also like to welcome you all at the same time during check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking-out outside the standard time (10:00 AM) is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:

This is a unit in a student accommodation building. The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirm. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners in the property.
I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.
Staykeepers Homes requires additional Online ID check as part of the vetting/verification process. In case the guest fails to meet this requirement, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Check in is strictly between 3pm to 6pm on 25th and 31st December. Check in outside this time needs to be confirmed in advance and additional fees may apply.
