I reside in a town called Naivasha,an hour's drive,northwest capital city Nairobi.It is in Nakuru county,the most rapidly developing town in Africa & Asia.we are in the central part of the Rift valley,with flower farms and beautiful scenery sorrounding.A fresh water lake is just 10 mins away from the house and the historic volcanic mountain,Mt.Longonot is a good hike just 2o mins away.This is the homeplace of "THE PRIDE ROCK " on movie,"LION KING".
The geo thermal project that taps the energy from the volcanic mountain is in the area,with a capacity to feed power to 3/4 of Africa.I am a christian,i dont drink or smoke.
My house is warm and clean,well ventilated and safe.I reside in an estate just some walking distance from the town.You may share room with other foreigners who come in to volunteer in children homes,schools and orphanages.There is running water,bathroom shower works well,toilet,a nice living room,clean kitchen,fridge for all and our electricity voltage is 240v the power plugs used are type G.
This is a well aired and ventilated room,with clean beddings,has electricity connected,so you can charge your electronics as well as read from there.It's a private room,guests retain key till departure.
