I have a lovely open concept home with myself and 2 toy poodle dogs. They are 13 years old and very energetic. I work from home mostly, so we are around alot. I have one spare room for a quiet vegetarian female to stay in. Stoneycreek area, is a very safe neighborhood. Prefer someone who does not use strong synthetic scents.
I am not far from Fanshawe (11 mins drive or 5km) or Western (12 mins or 7km). Bus stop is in walking distance as well. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and Tim Hortons nearby as well.
* Wifi is included and this is an English speaking home.
*There is no smoking, alcohol, parties, sleepovers or pets allowed.
*You can pay when you get here. I would like to be paid at time of arrival for first 2 mos, by etransfer into my bank account. Must give 30 days notice of Departure.
This room is upstairs on the 2nd level of the home. It is a good size room with a futon that folds down to a Queen bed, an armoir and closet, a small desk and chair with lamp and radio.
