As per community rules, all guest must register at least 72 hours prior to check in ($40 fee - administrative fee) . Late registration ( made less than 72 hours) will have an additional $75 fee. Guest who fail to submit the form will not have ability to enter the community and this could result in forfeiture of reservation .

-No parking on street (cars parked on the street are subjected to being ticketed and towed)
-Please do not exceed 25MPH through the neighborhood (speeding tickets are responsibility of the guests)
-All trash must be placed in securely fastened plastic bags and deposited in designated bins outside
-Garage is off limits to guests
-Quiet time is 10pm-8 am. Please minimize noise out of respect to our neighbors
-Any violations to these rules may result in asking the guest to leave with no refund and inquire a fee of minimum of $500
