When the bed is retracted, a clever fold down table doubles as dining and computer workstation in an open floor plan to maximize space. The sitting area features a live-edge coffee table, two slipper chairs, pull-out couch, movable hardwood island, blue-tooth BT speaker, 42” Smart HD satellite television and high-speed internet. There is also a 75-square foot carpeted loft for relaxation, or reading. Loft also features a flat screen monitor, and quality queen futon that can double as a bonus sleeping area or work space. There is a single, heated-tiled bathroom with shower. There are two entryways, one through private single car garage (for your use) and other through a slider that leads to your own outdoor flagstone patio seating, flanked by local sourced sandstone boulders, Madrona and Douglas firs, and Chuckanut Bay views including "Dot Island"
