You can`t beat the location of this house if you`re coming to UVA! It`s just a half mile from the hospital and university and walking distance to so much, you won`t need a car! A designated off-street parking spot is provided, however. This is a second floor bedroom with full-sized bed. You would share a bathroom with one other guest.
The first floor of the house has the shared living spaces - a front porch, living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, and back deck.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, laundry, and a master suite with another bathroom.
The third floor has one additional bedroom and a bathroom.
Biweekly housekeeping of the common areas is provided!
You will be able to access the whole house with the exception of the other housemate`s private spaces.
