The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac 4 minute drive to the beach. It has a kitchen upstairs and 2 bedrooms both up and downstairs. There is a small A/C unit upstairs and fans in most bedrooms. There is a gas BBQ out the back. The backyard is fenced.
Preston Beach is located about 1.5 hours south of Perth. It has a general store which sells take away, alcohol and petrol with Footprints Cafe next door. The beach is a 4 minute drive from the house which has access for 4WDs providing excellent fishing and swimming. (Please note: quad bikes are prohibited on the beach). Preston Beach has two playgrounds, one at the entrance to the beach and the other near the golf course. There is a walk near the lake which backs onto the golf course. There are many kangaroos that often come up to the house in the evening and sometimes you hear the kookaburras laughing.
