The rear garden is fully fenced with loads of room for the little ones to run and play or ample of room for parking the boat. Enjoy air-conditioned comfort on those balmy summer days or open the house up to the soothing sounds of waves lapping at the shore and cooling sea breezes. A BBQ and cocktails on the balcony sets the mood for a relaxed weekend away …. you won’t want to leave! If rest is what you need, enjoy sea views from the master bedroom or string the hammock up at the beach. Dining out in Wongaling Beach – Mission Beach Resort offers bistro style dining, Spicy Thai Hut offers fab Thai food and there is the Italian, Cafe Rustica. Wongaling also offers a great kids playground, skate park, basketball half court and 'Splash'N'Dunk' water play park, this is all situated in the beachfront parkland at Rotary Park. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will take you to the village centre of Mission Beach with a great range of café’s bars and specialty shops. The Mini Mart and Leny’s fruit and vegetable store are open on Sundays when Woolworths is closed. The first and third Sunday of each month there a markets in the Ulysses park at Mission Beach. The Mission Beach Monster Markets are held on the last Sunday of each month from Easter Sunday until November. These are located at Ulysses park at Mission Beach. It is recommended to have a car when staying at Wongaling Beach. Another option available is hiring a push bike. This is a great way to get out and about Mission Beach. Riding along the beach is a real treat.
