The apartment is on 3 floors: large entry foyer at street level, majority of living space on 2nd, and a loft/attic on 3rd.
The apartment is single and separate from the other 2 apartments and each has its own 'private' outdoor space - plus - shared common garden space. The house is only steps from the LIRR station, shopping, and the Hampton Jitney... This unit enjoys a broad front porch overlooking the charming houses of lower Youngs Avenue - including the Capt. Youngs house of the mid 17th C. and is convenient to all North Fork amenities: wineries, beaches, shopping, restaurants.
Within walking distance of all - no car is needed - however, if you need concierage services groceries, pet sitter - just let me know - i'm a local real estate agent and i can assist you with almost every need! Ideally, the guest/tenant should sign lease with Charles Horton House LLC (to fully enjoy all of the benefits of a Southold Town stay) - inquire for copy of lease before booking. If bringing a pet there is an additional departure cleaning fee of $50 and if staying in excess of two weeks, there is a bi-weekly cleaning fee of $100 additional.
