The space
On entering this pretty property, you will immediately find yourself in a spacious and light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with beautiful vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Here cosy sofas sit in front of a TV/DVD, a warming wood burner and a selection of games, DVDs and a guitar, provided for your entertainment whatever the weather. The kitchen area is also brilliantly appointed and provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. On one side of the lounge/kitchen/diner and accessed via two steps is the fabulous king-size bedroom which has been fitted with lovely oak furniture. On the other side of the lounge, you will then discover the other bedroom, a pretty twin, and located next to this is the well-proportioned shower room with shower and WC.
Heading outside into the shared courtyard, a picnic bench has been provided next to the property for guests own use.
There is a neighboring similar property in the building, which may be able to be rented at the same time. Please check dates and make an enquiry.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating area. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
