Positive: The Location is perfect and the sourroundings are beautiful, breakfast was also good.

Negative: Check-in was at 3pm, but the room was not ready until 17pm, so we had to wait for two hours and once we got the room it was not very well cleaned and there even were a forgotten pair of glasses and a hair brush from the previous guest. And the pictures did not match at all - we booked a junior suite and on the picyures there were a balcony and sofa group. This was not in our room - we asked about it and they said that all junior suites are different... Lastly the restaurant forgot part of our orders each times we went there and the kitchen also forgot our order for dinner - so we waited 1 hour for a 1 course meal, and the table we were seated at had not been wiped down from the previous guests. The staff had just placed clean cutlery on a dirty table - this was corrected when we told them and they said it was a bit embarrising for them.

Summary: I hope we were just a bit unlucky and maybe the staff was just to busy this time around.
